This is an MSME registration, not a tax registration. It confers no right to charge or reclaim tax, and nothing issued by this platform is a tax invoice. Customers receive a payment receipt, which says what was paid and makes no tax claim. A GST registration, if and when one exists, is a separate thing and will be shown separately.

These details are held as a record an administrator can correct, not compiled into the software, so an address change or a reclassification is a correction rather than a release. The authoritative copy is the one served at /api/policies/business; if this document and that endpoint ever disagree, the endpoint is current.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Quick Bite mobile application, web portals, or application programming interfaces, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue access immediately.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

3. Ordering, Pricing & Payments

  1. Menu Pricing: Food menu prices and dish availability are determined directly by independent restaurant partners. Quick Bite does not arbitrarily inflate menu item costs.
  2. Fees & Bill Structure: Every order clearly itemizes: (a) Items Total, (b) 5% GST on food preparation, (c) Restaurant Packaging Fee, (d) Delivery Partner Fee, (e) Platform Fee (Rs 5.00), and (f) Any applied promotional discounts.
  3. Idempotent Billing: All payments processed via online gateways (e.g. Razorpay) or Cash on Delivery (COD) are tied to unique idempotency keys. Duplicate charges will be reversed automatically within 48 hours.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Customer Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled with a 100% refund within sixty (60) seconds of order placement, provided the restaurant has not updated status to PREPARING.
  2. Kitchen Preparation: Once a restaurant accepts an order and commences food preparation, cancellations are not permitted without full forfeiture of the order amount.
  3. Quality & Delivery Disputes: If food is spilled, spoiled, or missing, customers must submit photo proof through the app within two (2) hours of delivery. Legitimate claims will be resolved by the Admin Dispute Resolution team via partial or full refund.

5. Merchant Partner Obligations

6. Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution
